Our role
AssetGate is an early-stage brokerage. We do not purchase data, and we are not a party to licences between sellers and buyers unless expressly agreed.
Assessments are non-binding
Preliminary reads are general guidance only. They are not offers, guarantees of buyer interest, valuations for accounting purposes, or financial, legal or tax advice.
Your representations
You confirm you are authorised to describe the assets on behalf of your organisation. You remain responsible for confirming rights before any licence.
Fees
Any referral fee or success-based commission is agreed and disclosed in writing before a transaction proceeds.
Confidentiality
We treat your submissions as confidential and share them with buyers only with your authorisation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AssetGate is not liable for decisions made on the basis of preliminary assessments.
