Privacy Policy
What we collect
Contact details you provide (name, work email, company, optional website and notes), your questionnaire or requirements answers, and campaign source tags (UTM) from the link you arrived through. Funnel analytics use a random session ID with no cookies and no names, emails or IP addresses. We do not ask for, or accept, raw data uploads during assessment.
Why we use it
To prepare and discuss your assessment, respond to enquiries and — only with your separate consent — send occasional market insights. Our legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and, for marketing, your consent.
Sharing
We never share your identity or asset information with buyers without your explicit authorisation. We use carefully selected processors for hosting and email under data processing agreements.
Retention
We keep assessment records for as long as needed to pursue the opportunity, and delete or anonymise them on request or after a period of inactivity.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
